In may 2006 was Winningmood (v. Prado) approved by the KWPN. Through our undetermined belief in this stallions pedigree, especially the maternal line, we decided to acquire him for our dressage stud. During the presentation of new stallions at the yearly stallion grading show in Den Bosch 2007, Winningmood really made a good impression and was described by the press as" a stallion with a good front and three very good gaits. Winningmood was described by Frank Jespers as a long legged and long lined stallion that would enrich the Dutch sport horse stud book with new dressage blood.

Maternal Line
Winningmood's dam is the beautifully built state premium mare Donnerfee (v. Donnerwind – Donnerschlag - Donnerhall). This mare is ideal, with a height 1,74 mt great for dressage. The maternal grand dam, Rustika is also a state premium mare. this strong maternal line really anchors the quality of Winningmood.
Paternal line
The father of Winningmood is the bay stallion Prado(v. Polytraum). Prado was theWestfaals reserveChampion stallion at the German licensing end exam in 2001.Prado had overwhelmingly won the 30 day test, he also justified all expectations in the 70 day test (jumping 120,65, dressage 120,02; total 123,62 points). Prado is bred from the absolute top mare(Landfee) who at all the top mare grading left a very good and long lasting impression. As a state premium mare she has represented the nation stud with great success. Prado is an extremely interesting combination of the top stallions Polydor, Frühlingstraum II and Lancer II, a family that really performs.
