Oscar is in 1999 Approved and licensed by the  KWPN. This  KWPN stallion has plenty of size and scope with three outstanding gaits .He also has an extremely workable character which he also passes on to his offspring.  

OFFSPRING INSPECTION  OSCAR
05-09-2001: Even though the weather was awful, the foals from Oscar shone through and performed extremely well. The public were also very enthusiastic about Oscar's offspring.  The judging panel gave Oscar an excellent report. A shortened version from the KWPN inspection panel reads as follows,  a uniform collection of well developed, well muscled foals, that are true to type [dressage] and conform to the required model. The movement  and carriage of the foals is good.
